Orders in stock are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you’ve ordered in stock, we will notify you by email. If you are having any trouble placing an order, please email email@example.com.
What shipping methods do you use?
We primarily use USPS or UPS, however, make exceptions for stockists and bulk orders.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to all 50 states; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping is always free with any order over $50. Orders under $50 have a $5.95 flat rate shipping charge.
What if my tracking number doesn’t work?
Confirmation is sent when your shipping label is printed, please allow up to 12 hours for this information to update.
How long does it take for a refund to go through?
We will process your return as soon as we receive it, please allow 3–10 days for your bank account to update.
Do you take custom orders?
We are unable to make custom pieces for individuals most of the time, however, can accommodate special projects with larger quantities. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.

We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as we can. Products typically ship within 3-5 business days from when you place your order. Once your order ships we will send an email with tracking information. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item in stock that you’ve ordered, we notify you by email. In the instance that an out-of-stock item is not expected to come back in stock, we cancel the order for that item. In this case, we don’t charge you for the item or any taxes or shipping charges related to it. However, if your order includes other items, taxes and shipping for that part of your order are still charged.
Returns & replacements.
You can return your unwashed, unworn, brand new Makes Everyone Happy products within 15 days for an exchange or refund. Your return will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
